ReadyMode publishes its pricing, and that is a good thing. The difference is how it is priced: $199 to $249 per license each month, versus $250 a month for ten reps on eTollFree. Month to month, live in under an hour.
These are the walls buyers actually hit. Here is what changes when the price is published and the contract is month to month.
ReadyMode's pricing page lists Starter at $199 and iQ at $249, each per license per month. Every added seat adds a full license fee.
One published plan covers the room. $550/mo for 25 reps, $1,050/mo for 50. Usage is billed separately at stated rates.
Ten iQ licenses at $249 is $2,490 a month before anything else. Ten reps on eTollFree is $250 a month for the plan. Even if you add 20,000 minutes of dialing at 1.5¢ ($300) and 20 numbers at 30¢ ($6), the month comes to $556. Those minute and number volumes are an example, not a quote, but the gap is large enough that it survives a lot of changes to them.
ReadyMode does include outbound minutes (fair use), so part of what you pay for each license is dialing. We bill the dialer and the minutes as separate lines, which is why you can see exactly where your money goes.
Starter ($199) covers 1 to 4 licenses with 30 DIDs each. iQ ($249) is for 5 or more licenses, with 75 DIDs each, caller-ID reputation monitoring, call cadencing (Autopilot) and unlimited integrations.
Pick 10, 25 or 50 reps. Need something in between? Extra reps are $20/mo each and each adds 5 channels.
Four Starter licenses cost 4 × $199 = $796 a month. Add a fifth rep and you are in iQ territory: 5 × $249 = $1,245. One more seat moves your bill by $449, because iQ pricing applies to every license once you cross four.
That step also unlocks features such as call cadencing, so it is not a pure penalty. But if you only wanted one more chair, you are paying for a different product. On our side, an eleventh rep is $20 a month.
Per ReadyMode's pricing page, outbound minutes are free (fair use) and each license includes DIDs: 30 on Starter, 75 on iQ. Inbound minutes are $0.02 a minute on both. Voicemail drop costs extra and requires qualification.
Minutes from 1.5¢ and numbers at 30¢, with nothing bundled that you may not use.
Bundled minutes are a real benefit for a room that dials very heavily. Metered minutes are cheaper for a room that dials moderately, because you are not paying a per-seat price for capacity you do not use. For 10 reps, the break-even is about 149,000 minutes a month at our 1.5¢ starting rate: (2,490 − 250) ÷ 0.015 = 149,333. That is roughly 14,900 minutes per rep, and a 160-hour month only has 9,600 minutes in it.
Even if you also bought 750 numbers to match the 75 DIDs per iQ license, which adds $225, the break-even is still about 134,000 minutes. Rates vary, so run your own number: at 3¢ the 10-rep break-even is about 74,700 minutes.
At $249 per license, the iQ plan fee is $1,245 for 5 reps, $2,490 for 10, $6,225 for 25 and $12,450 for 50.
$25 a rep at 10, $22 at 25 and $21 at 50.
Adding 15 reps to a 10-rep ReadyMode iQ room adds 15 × $249 = $3,735 a month. Adding 15 reps to a 10-rep eTollFree room adds 15 × $20 = $300 a month, which lands at the $550 published 25-rep plan.
The more your room grows, the more the pricing model matters. If you expect to scale, price the 50-rep case today rather than the 10-rep case.
The honest comparison — what is published today, and what you get when you move over.

ReadyMode publishes its prices, so the comparison can be exact. Every line below is arithmetic from the two published price lists. Minute and number volumes are examples, not quotes.
Take a 10-rep room. ReadyMode's iQ tier applies at 5 or more licenses. We assume 20,000 dialed minutes and 20 numbers on our side as an example, not a quote. ReadyMode's outbound minutes are free (fair use) and its setup fee is waived.
| Line | How it is figured | Amount |
|---|---|---|
| ReadyMode iQ plan | 10 licenses × $249 | $2,490.00 |
| eTollFree plan | 10 reps, 50 channels | $250.00 |
| eTollFree minutes (example) | 20,000 min × 1.5¢ | $300.00 |
| eTollFree numbers (example) | 20 DIDs × 30¢ | $6.00 |
| eTollFree monthly total | $250 + $300 + $6 | $556.00 |
| Difference per month | $2,490 − $556 | $1,934.00 |
Over twelve months that is $29,880 on ReadyMode iQ plan fees versus $7,171 on eTollFree, which is $556 × 12 plus the one-time $499 setup. The gap is $22,709, and it shrinks only if your real minute volume is far above the example.
At 25 reps we assume 50,000 minutes and 50 numbers as an example.
| Line | How it is figured | Amount |
|---|---|---|
| ReadyMode iQ plan | 25 licenses × $249 | $6,225.00 |
| eTollFree plan | 25 reps | $550.00 |
| eTollFree minutes (example) | 50,000 min × 1.5¢ | $750.00 |
| eTollFree numbers (example) | 50 DIDs × 30¢ | $15.00 |
| eTollFree monthly total | $550 + $750 + $15 | $1,315.00 |
| Difference per month | $6,225 − $1,315 | $4,910.00 |
The cross-check on our plan line: $250 for the first 10 reps plus 15 extra reps at $20 each is $550.
At 50 reps we assume 100,000 minutes and 100 numbers as an example.
| Line | How it is figured | Amount |
|---|---|---|
| ReadyMode iQ plan | 50 licenses × $249 | $12,450.00 |
| eTollFree plan | 50 reps | $1,050.00 |
| eTollFree minutes (example) | 100,000 min × 1.5¢ | $1,500.00 |
| eTollFree numbers (example) | 100 DIDs × 30¢ | $30.00 |
| eTollFree monthly total | $1,050 + $1,500 + $30 | $2,580.00 |
| Difference per month | $12,450 − $2,580 | $9,870.00 |
Another way to see it: $12,450 divided by 50 is $249 per license; $2,580 divided by 50 is $51.60 per rep, with usage included.
If you run a single seat, ReadyMode Starter at $199 a month is lower than our $250 starting plan, which is built for 10 reps. At two licenses Starter is $398, so on plan fees alone we are cheaper from there (usage is extra on our side). If you are one person with one phone, tell us; we will be honest about whether we are the right fit.
Here is what ReadyMode's own pricing page says, so you can check it against ours.
Starter is for 1 to 4 licenses and includes 30 DIDs per license.
iQ is for 5 or more licenses and includes 75 DIDs per license, caller-ID reputation monitoring, call cadencing (Autopilot) and unlimited integrations.
Inbound minutes are $0.02 a minute on both plans. Voicemail drop costs extra and requires qualification.
The honest way to compare is to ask what each seat costs and what that seat includes. At ReadyMode, a seat includes outbound minutes, a block of numbers and, on iQ, a set of features. At eTollFree, a seat is a rep on a hosted predictive dialer, and minutes and numbers are metered.
The plain-language list for our 10-rep plan.
Reps log in from a browser and the dialer places calls for them. You do not buy servers or maintain software; we host it.
Channels are the phone lines the dialer can use at once. Fifty supports ten reps at a predictive pace. A block of 50 more is $60 a month, and each extra rep brings 5 channels.
The one-time $499 setup includes 3 hours of support with someone who knows the system. Most teams are live in under an hour.
No quote form and no annual commitment.
We do not claim to match every iQ feature, such as caller-ID reputation monitoring or call cadencing. If a specific feature decides your purchase, ask us in a demo and we will give you a straight answer.
ReadyMode is a serious product with transparent pricing. Here is where it can be the better choice.
That is the standard we hold ourselves to, and ReadyMode meets it. You can do the math on its site without a sales call.
If your reps talk nearly all day, free outbound minutes can be worth a lot. Our break-even calculation above shows how heavy that volume has to be before the bundle wins, but for a very high-volume room it can.
Waived setup and DID activation fees, unlimited support, one free admin license, and on iQ, caller-ID reputation monitoring, call cadencing and unlimited integrations. If those are on your must-have list, you are paying for something real.
A short checklist to run before you decide.
Per-license pricing multiplies by headcount. A room of 10 pays ten times the license fee. Per-room plans change only when you cross a tier or add reps at $20.
Pull last month's dialed minutes. If you cannot, use reps × hours × 60 × the share of time on the phone. Multiply by the per-minute rate to see the usage line.
Features decide the purchase when the price gap is small. When the gap is $2,000 a month, ask whether you will use each feature enough to justify it.
We are month to month. Ask any vendor you compare against for the billing term in writing before you sign.
Enterprise-grade features without the corporate headaches.
$250/mo for 10 reps and 50 channels, $550/mo for 25 reps, $1,050/mo for 50 reps.
No annual commitment. Change your seat count when your team changes.
Pick a plan, we get you set up, and your reps start dialing.
Your $499 one-time setup includes 3 hours of support, on the phone with a real person.
Extra reps are $20/mo each and add 5 channels. Need more lines? Channel blocks of 50 are $60/mo.

ReadyMode publishes two plans: Starter at $199 per license per month (1 to 4 licenses, 30 DIDs per license) and iQ at $249 per license per month (5 or more licenses, 75 DIDs per license). Inbound minutes are $0.02 a minute on both.
On ReadyMode iQ, 10 licenses is 10 × $249 = $2,490 a month in plan fees. On eTollFree, 10 reps is $250 a month plus usage at minutes from 1.5¢ and DIDs at 30¢. With an example 20,000 minutes and 20 numbers, that is $556 a month. The volumes are an example, not a quote.
No. ReadyMode publishes its prices on its pricing page, and so do we. The difference is the model: ReadyMode charges per license, and eTollFree prices the room by rep count.
Per its pricing page: free outbound minutes (fair use), DIDs bundled per license, unlimited support, a free admin license and waived setup fees. On iQ it also lists caller-ID reputation monitoring, call cadencing (Autopilot) and unlimited integrations. We do not claim to match every one of those; ask for a demo if a specific feature matters.
When a room dials at very high volume per rep, since outbound minutes are included, or when you have a single seat and Starter at $199 undercuts our 10-rep plan. For 10 reps the break-even is roughly 149,000 dialed minutes a month at our 1.5¢ starting rate.
Ours is a one-time $499 and includes 3 hours of support. ReadyMode's pricing page says setup and DID activation fees are waived.
With eTollFree, service is month to month. ReadyMode's pricing page lists per-license monthly prices; ask them about the billing term before you sign.
Most teams are live in under an hour. Pick a plan, we handle the setup with you, and your reps can start dialing.
Export your lead lists and call records from your current system first, then bring the lists to us during setup. Book a demo or call 1 (800) 233-0234 and we will tell you the best format. Keep your old account until the new one is dialing.
No. The dialer is hosted, so there are no servers to buy. Reps need a computer, a headset and an internet connection.
Usually yes. Numbers can generally be ported to a new carrier, though timing depends on the carrier releasing them. New numbers are 30¢ each, so you can start dialing while a port completes.
Your $499 setup includes 3 hours of support with a real person to get campaigns, lists and reps ready. After that, book a demo or call 1 (800) 233-0234 with questions.
The 10-rep plan includes 50 channels, which is 5 per rep. Each extra rep at $20 a month adds 5 channels, and blocks of 50 more channels are $60 a month.
Add reps when you need them at $20 a month each, or move up to the 25-rep plan at $550 a month. There is no term to renegotiate.
Book a free demo and we will show you the system, answer your questions and size your plan. Service is month to month, so you are not committing to a year to find out whether it fits.
