Dialpad's contact center tiers run $89 to $149 per user each month, and its pricing page lists a Power Dialer. eTollFree is a hosted predictive dialer from $250 a month for ten reps, month to month, live in under an hour.
These are the walls buyers actually hit. Here is what changes when the price is published and the contract is month to month.
Dialpad's Support (contact center) tiers are Essentials $89, Advanced $119 and Premium $149, each per user per month.
One published plan covers the room. $550/mo for 25 reps, $1,050/mo for 50. Minutes and numbers are billed at stated rates.
Ten users on Support Essentials is 10 × $89 = $890 a month. On Advanced it is $1,190 and on Premium $1,490. Ten reps on eTollFree is $250 a month for the plan. Add an example 20,000 minutes at 1.5¢ ($300) and 20 numbers at 30¢ ($6) and the total is $556. Those usage figures are an example, not a quote.
Dialpad's pricing page shows per-user prices; it does not spell out minutes and carrier terms in those figures, so ask what your outbound calling will add before you compare totals.
Support Essentials includes a Power Dialer alongside omnichannel routing, AI transcripts, analytics and Reach Booster. We did not see a predictive dialer listed on Dialpad's pricing page.
The dialer paces calls across 50 channels for 10 reps so reps spend more of the hour talking to people.
A power dialer places the next call when a rep is ready. A predictive dialer places several calls per available rep, predicting which ones will be answered and when reps will finish. The first is gentler and simpler. The second keeps reps on live conversations more of the time, which matters when your leads are many and low-value and your reps' time is the expensive part.
If a dialer is what you are buying, check which kind each vendor actually sells. Our section below explains when each one is the right tool.
Per Dialpad's pricing page, Advanced ($119) adds Live Coach and Quality Management, and Premium ($149) adds Workforce Management.
Pick a rep count. The price is the same whether you dial 100 numbers a day or 10,000, with minutes billed at published rates.
Moving 10 users from Essentials to Advanced is 10 × ($119 − $89) = $300 more a month. Moving to Premium is 10 × $60 = $600 more than Essentials. If coaching and quality management are why you are shopping, those tiers may be worth it.
If you mostly need to get reps onto calls efficiently, you may be paying for tiers of tooling you will not touch. We do not claim to match Dialpad's AI coaching or workforce tools. We sell a dialer.
Dialpad's pricing page is split into Connect (Standard $15, Pro $25, Enterprise custom), Sell (Essentials $39, Advanced $59, Premium $79), Support and Resolve, whose AI agents are credit-based with no per-user price.
A dialer for your reps, with the plan, the setup fee and the usage rates all in one place.
A suite approach is useful if you want phones, sales tools and a contact center under one vendor. It also means more decisions: which product line, which tier, how many users in each, and what the credit-based pieces will add up to.
If you only need a dialer, one list with four numbers (plan, setup, minutes and numbers) is simpler to evaluate and simpler to budget.
The honest comparison — what is published today, and what you get when you move over.

Dialpad is searched for on its pricing alone, so here is the whole list as its pricing page shows it, in one table.
| Product | Tier | Per user per month |
|---|---|---|
| Connect | Standard | $15.00 |
| Connect | Pro | $25.00 |
| Connect | Enterprise | Custom |
| Sell | Essentials | $39.00 |
| Sell | Advanced | $59.00 |
| Sell | Premium | $79.00 |

Resolve, Dialpad's AI agents, is credit-based and has no per-user price.
If you want to dial outbound at volume, Support Essentials is the tier that lists a dialer. The Connect and Sell tiers are priced lower, but we cannot tell from the pricing page what dialing features they carry, so confirm with Dialpad before assuming.
This is the difference that matters most when you compare Dialpad Support Essentials to a hosted predictive dialer.
A power dialer places the next call as soon as a rep finishes the previous one, usually one number per ready rep. Reps get little idle time and the rep always has a person to speak to the moment a call connects. There is little risk of a customer answering to find no one there.
A predictive dialer places more than one call per available rep, using pacing math to guess how many calls will be answered and when reps will become free. Most calls ring out, hit voicemail or are disconnected, so the dialer filters those and connects reps only to live answers. The result is more live conversations per rep per hour.
Predictive pacing can occasionally connect an answer when no rep is free, so a good dialer lets you tune the pacing and you need to follow the calling rules that apply to you. Power dialing avoids that at the cost of lower talk time.
Every line is arithmetic from the published prices. Our minute and number volumes are examples, not quotes.
For a 10-user room we compare Dialpad's three Support tiers with our plan plus an example 20,000 minutes and 20 numbers. The usage volumes are an example, not a quote. Dialpad's totals are plan fees only, because its pricing page shows per-user prices.
| Line | How it is figured | Amount |
|---|---|---|
| Dialpad Support Essentials | 10 × $89 | $890.00 |
| Dialpad Support Advanced | 10 × $119 | $1,190.00 |
| Dialpad Support Premium | 10 × $149 | $1,490.00 |
| eTollFree plan | 10 reps, 50 channels | $250.00 |
| eTollFree minutes and numbers (example) | 20,000 × 1.5¢ + 20 × 30¢ | $306.00 |
| eTollFree monthly total | $250 + $306 | $556.00 |
Over twelve months, Essentials is $10,680 in plan fees. eTollFree is $7,171, which is $556 × 12 plus the one-time $499 setup. We are not counting any usage Dialpad may add, so the real gap could be larger.
At 25 users with an example 50,000 minutes and 50 numbers.
| Line | How it is figured | Amount |
|---|---|---|
| Dialpad Support Essentials | 25 × $89 | $2,225.00 |
| Dialpad Support Advanced | 25 × $119 | $2,975.00 |
| Dialpad Support Premium | 25 × $149 | $3,725.00 |
| eTollFree plan | 25 reps | $550.00 |
| eTollFree minutes and numbers (example) | 50,000 × 1.5¢ + 50 × 30¢ | $765.00 |
| eTollFree monthly total | $550 + $765 | $1,315.00 |
On our side, the plan line checks out two ways: $550 published, or $250 for the first 10 reps plus 15 extra reps at $20 each.
At 50 users with an example 100,000 minutes and 100 numbers.
| Line | How it is figured | Amount |
|---|---|---|
| Dialpad Support Essentials | 50 × $89 | $4,450.00 |
| Dialpad Support Advanced | 50 × $119 | $5,950.00 |
| Dialpad Support Premium | 50 × $149 | $7,450.00 |
| eTollFree plan | 50 reps | $1,050.00 |
| eTollFree minutes and numbers (example) | 100,000 × 1.5¢ + 100 × 30¢ | $1,530.00 |
| eTollFree monthly total | $1,050 + $1,530 | $2,580.00 |
That is $51.60 per rep per month with usage, against $89 per user for Dialpad's lowest contact center tier before any usage.
The two products are not identical. Dialpad Support includes omnichannel routing, AI transcripts, analytics and Reach Booster; our plan is a dialer. If you need those tools, the right comparison is the cost of buying a dialer plus separate tools against one platform. If all you need is outbound calling, you are paying for capacity you may not use.
The plain-language list for our 10-rep plan.
Reps log in from a browser and the dialer places calls for them. You do not buy servers or maintain software.
Channels are the phone lines the dialer can use at once. Fifty supports ten reps at a predictive pace. More channels come in blocks of 50 for $60 a month, and each extra rep brings 5.
The one-time $499 setup includes 3 hours of support with someone who knows the system. Most teams are live in under an hour.
Dialpad is a broad communications platform. Here is where it is the better fit.
With Connect, Sell, Support and Resolve, Dialpad can cover phones, sales calling and a contact center in one place. If you want a single system and a single bill for everything, that matters.
AI transcripts and analytics are in Support Essentials, Live Coach and Quality Management in Advanced, and Resolve provides AI agents. If coaching reps from call data is your priority, those tools are real value.
Support Essentials lists omnichannel routing. If your team handles inbound customers across channels, that is a different job from outbound dialing.
Enterprise-grade features without the corporate headaches.
Hosted for you, paced across 50 channels for 10 reps.
$250/mo for 10 reps, $550/mo for 25 reps, $1,050/mo for 50 reps.

Dialpad's Support (contact center) tiers are Essentials $89, Advanced $119 and Premium $149 per user per month. Connect is $15 (Standard) and $25 (Pro) with Enterprise custom, and Sell is $39, $59 and $79.
Dialpad's pricing page lists a Power Dialer in Support Essentials. We did not see a predictive dialer listed on that page, so confirm the current feature list with Dialpad.
A power dialer places the next call when a rep is ready, typically one number per rep. A predictive dialer places several calls per available rep and connects only the live answers, which raises talk time. Predictive dialing needs pacing control and compliance attention; power dialing is simpler and gentler.
Ten reps is $250 a month, 25 reps is $550 and 50 reps is $1,050, plus usage at minutes from 1.5¢ and DIDs at 30¢, and a one-time $499 setup. For 10 reps with an example 20,000 minutes and 20 numbers that is $556 a month, against $890 for 10 Dialpad Support Essentials users in plan fees.
We sell one thing, a hosted predictive dialer, rather than a suite with omnichannel routing, AI tools and workforce management. If you need those tools, Dialpad may be the better fit. If you need a dialer, you can skip paying for the rest.
Only if all you use Dialpad for is outbound dialing. We do not claim to match its omnichannel routing, AI coaching or workforce tools. Many teams run a dialer for outbound and keep another system for everything else.
With eTollFree, service is month to month. Dialpad's pricing page lists per-user monthly prices; ask Dialpad about its billing terms before you compare.
Ours is a one-time $499 and includes 3 hours of support. Dialpad's pricing page, as we read it, does not mention one either way, so ask them directly.
Most teams are live in under an hour. Pick a plan, we handle the setup with you, and your reps can start dialing.

No. The dialer is hosted, so there are no servers to buy. Reps need a computer, a headset and an internet connection.
Usually yes. Numbers can generally be ported to a new carrier, though timing depends on the carrier releasing them. New numbers are 30¢ each, so you can start dialing while a port completes.
Your $499 setup includes 3 hours of support with a real person to get campaigns, lists and reps ready. After that, book a demo or call 1 (800) 233-0234 with questions.
The 10-rep plan includes 50 channels, which is 5 per rep. Each extra rep at $20 a month adds 5 channels, and blocks of 50 more are $60 a month.
Add reps when you need them at $20 a month each, or move up to the 25-rep plan at $550 a month. There is no term to renegotiate.
