Convoso is quote-only: no published price, annual plans by default, carrier fees billed on top. eTollFree publishes everything — a hosted predictive dialer from $250/month for 10 reps, month to month, live in under an hour.
These are the walls buyers actually hit. Here is what changes when the price is published and the contract is month to month.
Convoso's pricing page shows no dollar figures. It says it provides “customized solutions based on each customer's unique needs — such as number of seats, features, and integrations.”
Published on our site, so you can see the number before you talk to anyone. Need more seats? $550/mo for 25 reps, $1,050/mo for 50.
When there is no number to look at, the first step of every comparison is a sales conversation. For a 10-rep manager that means booking a call, describing your seats, features and integrations, and waiting for a quote before you can even say whether the tool is in budget. Meanwhile you cannot put Convoso next to anything else in a spreadsheet. The cost is time and uncertainty: you compare what you can see against what you cannot, and the bigger quote usually arrives after you have already invested a week.
With a published price you can finish that spreadsheet tonight. Ten reps is $250 a month, or $25 a rep, and you know it before anyone calls you.
Convoso says it “primarily offers annual plans,” with a 20% discount only for an annual commitment. Monthly can be “discussed with your sales representative.”
Scale up, scale down or walk away whenever your team changes. There is no annual-billing discount because we do not ask you to sign a year.
Outbound rooms change shape. A campaign ends, two reps leave, a season goes quiet, or a new client doubles your volume. Under an annual plan the seat count you sign for in month one is the seat count you pay for in month twelve, whether the chairs are full or not. Convoso does say monthly terms can be discussed with a sales representative, so it is worth asking, but the standard path is annual and the 20% discount only applies if you commit to the year.
Month to month flips the risk. If your room drops from 10 reps to 6, you change your plan the next month instead of carrying unused seats to the end of a contract. We think a dialer should earn the renewal every 30 days.
Per Convoso's pricing page, carrier fees are billed separately and are “not included” in the plan price.
Minutes from 1.5¢ and DIDs at 30¢, right on the page. Your one-time setup is $499 and includes 3 hours of support.
Dialing is a usage business. A 10-rep room dialing 20,000 minutes in a month spends $300 on minutes at 1.5¢ a minute, which is more than the $250 plan fee itself. That is just an example, but it shows why the usage line matters as much as the seat line. When carrier fees are billed separately and not included, as Convoso's pricing page states, the monthly figure on your quote is only part of what you will actually pay.
Whatever dialer you choose, ask for the per-minute rate and the per-number rate in writing before you sign. Ours are on this page: minutes from 1.5¢ and numbers at 30¢ each.
Because pricing depends on seats, features and integrations, the only way to get a number from Convoso is to request a quote.
Pick your rep count, see your monthly price, and check out when you are ready. Prefer a person? Book a demo or call 1 (800) 233-0234 and we will walk you through it.
Sizing a dialer needs three numbers: how many reps dial at once, how many lines you need to keep them busy, and roughly how many minutes you will burn. With a quote-only vendor, you gather those, hand them to sales and wait. If your plan changes, you wait again.
With published plans you can run the sums yourself in a minute. Ten reps, 50 channels, $250. Fifteen more reps, $20 each. A hundred channels instead of fifty, one $60 block. If you would rather talk it through, book a demo or call 1 (800) 233-0234 and we will do the same arithmetic with you.
The honest comparison — what is published today, and what you get when you move over.

Published prices only help if you can turn them into a monthly bill. Here is the arithmetic for 10, 25 and 50 reps, with every line shown. The minute and number volumes are examples to make the math concrete, not quotes.
Ten reps is where most teams start. This example assumes 20,000 dialed minutes a month and 20 phone numbers (DIDs). Those two volumes are illustrative, not a quote; swap in your own.
| Line | How it is figured | Amount |
|---|---|---|
| Plan | 10 reps, 50 channels | $250.00 |
| Minutes (example) | 20,000 min × 1.5¢ | $300.00 |
| Numbers (example) | 20 DIDs × 30¢ | $6.00 |
| Extra reps or channels | None needed | $0.00 |
| Month-one total | Includes one-time $499 setup | $1,055.00 |
| Every month after | $250 + $300 + $6 | $556.00 |
That works out to about $55.60 per rep per month once you count usage. The plan fee is the smaller part of the bill here, which is exactly why usage rates belong on the page.
At 25 reps you can take the published $550 plan. There is a second way to reach the same number: start from the 10-rep plan and add 15 reps at $20 each. Either way the plan portion is $550. This example assumes 50,000 minutes and 50 DIDs, again as an illustration only.
| Line | How it is figured | Amount |
|---|---|---|
| Plan | 25 reps | $550.00 |
| Minutes (example) | 50,000 min × 1.5¢ | $750.00 |
| Numbers (example) | 50 DIDs × 30¢ | $15.00 |
| Month-one total | Includes one-time $499 setup | $1,814.00 |
| Every month after | $550 + $750 + $15 | $1,315.00 |
That is about $52.60 per rep per month all in. The check on the plan line: $250 for the first 10 reps plus 15 extra reps at $20 is $250 + $300 = $550.
A 50-rep floor takes the $1,050 plan. The same cross-check holds: the 25-rep plan plus 25 extra reps at $20 is $550 + $500 = $1,050. This example assumes 100,000 minutes and 100 DIDs, as an illustration, not a quote.
| Line | How it is figured | Amount |
|---|---|---|
| Plan | 50 reps | $1,050.00 |
| Minutes (example) | 100,000 min × 1.5¢ | $1,500.00 |
| Numbers (example) | 100 DIDs × 30¢ | $30.00 |
| Month-one total | Includes one-time $499 setup | $3,079.00 |
| Every month after | $1,050 + $1,500 + $30 | $2,580.00 |
Roughly $51.60 per rep per month all in. Notice the per-rep plan fee drops from $25 to $22 to $21 as the room grows, while usage scales with how much your reps actually dial.
Three things move these numbers. Minutes: 1.5¢ is the starting rate, so your own rate depends on where you dial. Channels: the 10-rep plan includes 50; if your pacing needs more, channel blocks of 50 are $60 a month, so a 10-rep room that needs 100 channels pays $250 + $60 = $310 for the plan side. Extra reps: $20 a month each, and each adds 5 channels.
None of that is a quote for Convoso or for us. It is the arithmetic you can do yourself with the numbers on this page, which is the point.
A price is only useful if you know what it covers. Here is the plain-language list for the 10-rep plan.
Your reps log in from a browser and the dialer places calls for them, so they spend their time talking instead of dialing. You do not buy servers, rack anything or maintain software. We host it.
Channels are the phone lines the dialer can use at once. Fifty is enough for ten reps to run a predictive pace. If you need more, a block of 50 more channels is $60 a month, and every extra rep you add brings 5 channels with it.
The one-time $499 setup includes 3 hours of support. That is time on the phone with someone who knows the system, covering your campaigns, your lists and how your reps will use it. Most teams are live in under an hour.
Nothing here is hidden behind a quote form, and none of it requires an annual commitment.
We do not sell a bundle of every possible add-on at a single flat rate, and we do not claim to. If you need something specific, such as a particular CRM connection, ask us before you buy. We would rather tell you the truth in a demo than surprise you in month two.
A comparison page that only criticizes is not worth reading. Here is where Convoso can be the right call, based on what its own pricing page says.
Convoso says it provides customized solutions based on each customer's seats, features and integrations. If your operation has an unusual combination of requirements, a vendor that scopes each deal individually can fit them closely. A published price list is simpler, and simple is not always what a complex operation needs.
A quote-based sale usually comes with a sales team who will walk through your use case. If you want a long, consultative buying process with a dedicated rep, that is what a custom quote tends to look like.
Some finance teams prefer a fixed annual number and are glad to get 20% off for committing. If you know your team size is stable for the year, an annual term with a discount can be reasonable. Our month-to-month plans do not have an annual discount, because we do not ask for the commitment.
If you need features or integrations beyond a hosted VICIdial-based dialer, or you want a vendor that scopes everything individually, get the quote. Then put it next to ours. A published number gives you something to compare it against.
Neither tool is right for everyone. Here is a quick way to decide.
Ask every vendor for the same four things in writing: the monthly seat price, the per-minute rate, the per-number rate and the setup fee. Then you can compare apples to apples.

Ours is published: $250/month for 10 reps ($25 a rep), $550/month for 25 reps and $1,050/month for 50 reps, plus a one-time $499 setup.
Convoso says it primarily offers annual plans and that monthly can be discussed with a sales representative. With eTollFree, service is month to month. There is no annual commitment to sign.
Its pricing page says carrier fees are billed separately and are not included. With us, usage rates are stated openly: minutes from 1.5¢ and DIDs at 30¢.

Most teams are live in under an hour. Pick a plan, we handle the setup with you, and your reps can start dialing.
Your lists and campaign history belong to you. Before you cancel anything, export your lead lists and call records from your current system, then bring the lists to us during setup. Book a demo or call 1 (800) 233-0234 and we will tell you what format works best. Keep your old account until you have confirmed the new one is dialing.
No. Our dialer is hosted, so there are no servers to buy. Your reps need a computer, a headset and an internet connection, and they log in from a browser.
Usually yes. Phone numbers can generally be moved to a new carrier, a process called porting, but timing depends on the carrier releasing them. Tell us what numbers you use today and we will tell you what is realistic. In the meantime new numbers are 30¢ each, so you can be dialing while a port completes.
We host VICIdial, so a VICIdial setup is a natural fit. Book a demo or call 1 (800) 233-0234, tell us what you are running today, and we will tell you what moves and how.
The $499 one-time setup includes 3 hours of support, on the phone with a real person, to get your campaigns, lists and reps ready. After that you can book a demo or call 1 (800) 233-0234 any time you have a question.
The 10-rep plan includes 50 channels, which is 5 per rep. Each extra rep you add at $20 a month brings 5 more channels. If you need a heavier pacing ratio, channel blocks of 50 are $60 a month.
Plans are published for 25 reps ($550/month) and 50 reps ($1,050/month). You can also add reps one at a time for $20/month each, and each one adds 5 channels.
Add the reps when you need them. Extra reps are $20 a month each, and you can move up to the 25-rep plan when that makes more sense. You are not locked into a term, so there is no renegotiation.
Yes, a one-time $499, and it includes 3 hours of support. Convoso's pricing page does not mention setup fees either way, so ask them directly.
No. Convoso lists 20% off for an annual commitment. We do not have an annual-billing discount because we do not ask you to commit to a year; you pay month to month.
Book a free demo and we will show you the system running, answer your questions and size your plan. Because service is month to month, starting is a small step, and you are not committing to a year to find out if it fits.
Pick a plan yourself, or book a demo and a real person will walk you through it. From $250/month for 10 reps, month to month.
