Hey everyone, we are adding texting capabilities to our eDialer. Tell us what you think below in the comments
Create a tab on agents screen for sending, and viewing text messages to phones numbers
It will be like the note section we have now
Will send messages to the current active telephone number on the agent screen
Will have bubble message on right side highlighted in red for received messages
Will have bubble message on left side highlighted in blue for sent messages
