VICIdial Administration Login
The VICIdial Administration Login gives you access to modify, manage, and monitor how your dialer system runs. Once your IP address has been whitelisted, you will have access to the eDialer welcome page, which displays the Agent Login, Administration, Time Clock, and the full VICIdial interface.
System Language Options
The VICIdial system is available in English by default. Additional languages — including Spanish, Italian, Greek, German, French, and Brazilian Portuguese — are available upon request.
Steps to Log In to the Admin Dashboard
- Click the VICIdial Login button on the eDialer welcome page.
- Click the Administration button to proceed to the admin login screen.

Enter your username and password.
NOTE: Your user login and password are sent to your registered email address. You can change your password at any time after logging in.
- View the eDialer Dashboard — this is the first page you will see after a successful login.
- The dashboard provides an overall call count for all calls made throughout the day, updating in real time.
