Setting Up a Web Form in VICIdial

You can set up to 3 different web pages per campaign in VICIdial. Watch the video walkthrough or follow the steps below to get started.

1. Log in to your VICIdial admin dashboard.
2. Click Campaigns in the main navigation menu.
3. Click Modify next to the Campaign ID for which you want to set up the web form.
4. In the Web Form field, add the prefix VAR followed by the URL or webpage link you want to load in the web form.
5. Optionally, configure the Web Form Target. This setting controls the frame or window in which the web form will open when the agent clicks the WEB FORM button. You can leave this set to the default value for most use cases.
6. Click Save Changes to apply your web form settings to the campaign.
