About eDialer Firewall Protection

All eDialer servers are protected by a Firewall System, providing an extra layer of security to prevent hackers and unauthorized users from accessing your dialer. Each eDialer client receives unique firewall credentials, which are sent to your registered eTollFree email address along with your eDialer Administration credentials.

🔒

Unique Per-Client Credentials

Your firewall login is exclusive to your account — no two clients share the same credentials.

🌐

Easy Access URL

The firewall URL is your standard eDialer link with :81 appended — for example: http://demo.edialer.net:81

NOTE: Your username and password are both space-sensitive and case-sensitive. Enter them exactly as provided.

Steps to Authenticate

  1. Open the firewall link provided in your email (your eDialer URL with :81 at the end), then press Enter.
  2. Type in your provided username and password exactly as given.
  3. Success! Your IP address is now whitelisted.
  4. You will be automatically redirected to the main eDialer page after a few seconds.

Troubleshooting

1. “Site Can’t Be Reached”

If you see this error page, your IP address has changed since the last time you logged in. Simply use your firewall credential link again to whitelist your new IP address.

2. “Unauthorized” (blank page)

This means you entered the wrong username or password. Check carefully for extra spaces and capitalization errors, then try again.
