The eDialer Administration Login gives you access to modify, manage, and monitor how your dialer system runs.
The eDialer system is in the English version and is available in Spanish, Italian, Greek, German, French, and, Brazilian-Portuguese upon request.
After whitelisting your IP address, you will have access to eDialer\’s welcome page that shows you the Agent Login, Administration, Time clock, and access to the vicidial interface.
- Click the Administration button.
- Type in the username and password.
NOTE: The user login and user password is sent to your registered email. You can change your password anytime after logging in.
When you log in, the first page you will see is the eDialer dashboard.
