Every plan is $250/mo base (10 reps, 50 channels) plus $20/mo per additional rep — each extra rep adds 5 more channels. Need more lines than your rep count brings? Extra channels come in blocks of 50 for $60/mo, up to a maximum of 10 channels per rep.
| Reps | Channels | Monthly | $/rep |

Do I pay per agent?
Not the way most call center software bills. Per-agent platforms and per-seat pricing plans typically charge a flat rate per login that never gets cheaper — add 10 more agents and you pay for 10 more full-price seats. Here, pricing is banded by rep count, so the effective cost per rep actually drops as your team grows: $25.00/rep at 10 reps, $22.00/rep at 25 reps, $21.00/rep at 50 reps, and $20.50/rep at 100 reps. There's no per-seat multiplier stacked on top.
To make that concrete, here's what a flat per-agent rate — priced at our own $25.00/rep starting point — would cost stacked up against our actual banded price:
| Team size | Flat $25.00/rep (typical per-agent pricing model) | Our banded price | You save |
|---|---|---|---|
| 10 reps | $250 | $250 | — |
| 25 reps | $625 | $550 | $75/mo |
| 50 reps | $1,250 | $1,050 | $200/mo |
| 100 reps | $2,500 | $2,050 | $450/mo |
That gap only widens the bigger your team gets — banded pricing rewards growth instead of taxing it.
What does a call center dialer actually do?
A call center dialer automatically connects your agents to leads from a call list for outbound campaigns, and routes incoming calls to available agents for inbound queues — without anyone manually punching in numbers or watching a hold queue. Every plan here includes every dialing mode — predictive, power, preview and progressive — starting at $250/mo for 10 reps. There's no predictive upgrade tier, because pacing is a setting, not an add-on product.
Beyond dialing, what you actually get on every plan:
- Unlimited inbound & outbound campaigns — no cap on how many you run at once
- Call recording with 12-month storage — included, no add-on pricing
- Real-time reporting — dashboards and analytics built in
- STIR/SHAKEN compliant — caller ID attestation included
- 99.9% uptime SLA — guaranteed availability
- Fully managed hosting — servers, updates, security and backups handled for you
If you specifically need scripts your agents read from while they're on the call — for both outbound campaigns and inbound queues — see our dedicated page on call center scripting software, which is included on every plan at no extra per-seat cost.
Is a call center dialer the same as a predictive dialer?
Not quite — predictive dialing is one mode a call center dialer runs, not the product itself. A call center dialer is the full platform: campaign management, agent screens, inbound queues, recording, and reporting, with predictive, power, preview and progressive dialing modes built in. On these plans every mode is included starting at $250/mo for 10 reps, with no separate predictive upgrade tier, because pacing is a setting rather than a product. For the deeper technical breakdown of how the dialing modes differ, see our predictive dialer and auto dialer software guide.
What's included in the setup fee?
Every new account has a flat $499 one-time setup fee, not charged per seat. It includes 3 hours of support time, and most teams are live in under an hour. Your existing numbers port across, and your campaigns and lists are imported for you.
How much do extra agents cost?
$20/mo per additional rep beyond your plan's base count, and each extra rep adds 5 more channels automatically. There's no separate per-seat licensing fee on top of that $20/mo — it's the whole cost of adding a rep.
What if I need more calling lines (channels)?
Every plan bundles roughly 5 channels per rep by default — a 10-rep team gets 50 channels, a 50-rep team gets 250. That ratio covers most predictive and power dialing campaigns without agents waiting on the line. If a heavier-dialing campaign needs more lines than your rep count brings, extra channels are available in blocks of 50 for $60/mo, up to a maximum of 10 channels per rep.

How many agents and channels do I need?
Every plan bundles roughly 5 channels per rep by default, so a 10-rep team gets 50 channels and a 50-rep team gets 250 — that ratio covers most predictive and power dialing campaigns without agents waiting on the line. As a starting point: under 10 reps, Starter (50 channels) is almost always enough. Around 25 reps with a busier predictive campaign, Professional (125 channels) gives more headroom. Past 50 reps or with heavy simultaneous dialing, Enterprise (250 channels) is the safer fit — and you can add channel blocks of 50 for $60/mo on top of any plan. Moving between plans, or adding a channel block, is a same-day change, not a re-signup.
What drives the cost of a call center dialer up?
- Per-agent licensing. The single biggest factor, and the one that punishes seasonal or part-time staffing. Pricing here is by rep count — $20/mo per rep beyond the base 10, each adding channels, with none of the steep per-seat markups per-agent platforms charge.
- Seat minimums. Several enterprise platforms won't sell below 50 seats. Plans here start at 10 reps.
- Feature gating. Predictive dialing, call recording, and reporting are common upgrade triggers elsewhere. All three are included on every plan here.
- Setup and migration fees. Common across this category; ours is a flat $499 one-time fee, not charged per seat.
- Infrastructure, if you self-host. Servers at $200–$500/mo, IT admin time at $500–$2,000/mo, and support contracts at $200–$500/mo — a realistic $900–$3,000+ before anyone dials.
- Telecom minutes, which are billed separately from software everywhere, including here.
Are minutes and phone numbers included?
No — calling minutes and phone numbers bill separately from your monthly plan price, based on what you actually use. Minutes are billed in 6-second increments with a 6-second minimum, not the 60/60 (one-minute minimum, one-minute increments) billing most providers use.
| Call type | Rate |
|---|---|
| US-48 outbound | 1.5¢/min |
| US-48 outbound at 250,000+ min/mo or a 12-month term | 1.3¢/min |
| US-48 outbound at 1,000,000+ min/mo or a 24-month term | 1.2¢/min |
| Toll-free inbound | 2.9¢/min |
| Toll-free inbound, at volume | 2.5¢/min |
| Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, and calls placed to toll-free numbers | 2.9¢/min |
Phone numbers: a standard local number is 30¢/mo and always available by default. A premium number is $1.00/mo if you request one instead.
What does support cost after setup?
Your one-time $499 setup covers your first 3 hours of support. After that, support is billed at $95/hr as needed, or $35/hr if you buy a package of 10 hours or more — a 10-hour package runs $350.
What if I'm self-hosting instead?
Self-hosting a call center dialer isn't free once you count everything it requires: a server ($200–500/mo), someone to administer it ($500–2,000/mo), and a support contract for when it breaks ($200–500/mo) — a realistic $900–3,000+ a month before a single agent dials. Managed hosting here starts at $250/mo for 10 reps and 50 channels, which is why most teams under about 15 seats come out ahead going managed instead of DIY.
| Self-Hosted Costs | Managed Here |
|---|---|
| Server: $200–500/mo | From $250/mo Platform, hosting, support and recording — minutes and numbers billed separately |
| IT admin time: $500–2,000/mo | |
| Support contract: $200–500/mo | |
| Total: $900–3,000+/mo |

How does a call center dialer compare to per-agent platforms?
Most hosted call center dialers are sold per agent per month, and per-seat pricing plans rarely publish a rate card — the real number only shows up after a sales call. We publish ours: $250/mo for 10 reps, scaling $20/mo per additional rep, plus usage.
| Feature | Hosted Here | Per-Agent Platforms |
|---|---|---|
| Starting price | From $250/mo (10 reps) | Priced per agent, typically quote-only |
| Per-agent fees | $20/mo per rep | Flat rate per seat |
| Setup fee | $499 one-time — includes 3 support hours | Varies by vendor |
| Contract | None — month-to-month | Often annual |
| 10-agent team, platform cost only | $250/mo | Priced per quote |
Is there a contract?
No. Every plan is month-to-month — cancel anytime, upgrade or downgrade a rep band anytime, no penalty either way. There's no annual commitment required to get our published rate, and no prepay discount to chase; the price you see is the price you pay.
What you pay in month one
Month one is your plan price plus the one-time $499 setup fee, both charged together at signup. Minutes and phone numbers bill separately, based on what you actually use that month.
| Team size | Plan | Plan price | Setup fee | Due at signup |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 reps | Starter | $250 | $499 | $749 |
| 25 reps | Professional | $550 | $499 | $1,049 |
| 50 reps | Enterprise | $1,050 | $499 | $1,549 |
Every month after that is just the plan price, plus whatever minutes and numbers you used. There's no second setup charge.
