What Support Costs
- 3 hours of training and support included with your one-time setup fee
- $50/hr standard rate — 8am–5pm Central, Monday–Friday, billed in 15-minute increments
- $35/hr when you buy a block of 10 hours or more
- $160/hr emergency rate — outside business hours, available 24/7 on request, 2-hour minimum
- Training and onboarding sessions must be requested at least 24 hours in advance, and rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance
