Troubleshooting Webphone – No Sound

I. With timer and checkmark but NO SOUND


  1. Log out and log back into eDialer.

2. Check your Audio Settings make sure your headset is used as the default device.

3. Log out of eDialer, unplug your headset, and plug it back to a different USB port. Give it about 1-2 minutes until Windows reinstall the audio driver. Then log back in to eDialer
